Crystal Owens

Crystal is a passionate community leader and dedicated advocate for the arts, proudly serving as the newest board member of the Music Association of Central Texas. Based in Copperas Cove, TX, she is the owner of Rainbow Heart Studio, a vibrant space for music, art, creativity and expression. As the band manager and vocalist for Brother Jon & the Rainbow Hearts, she helps lead a powerhouse of original music—alongside her life & business partner Jonathan and the best bandmates ever.

Crystal’s commitment to service runs deep. She is the President of Keep Copperas Cove Beautiful, Vice President of the Democrats of Copperas Cove, and an ambassador for the Copperas Cove Chamber of Commerce. Whether she’s organizing community initiatives or harmonizing on stage, Crystal brings heart, hustle, and harmony to everything she does.

She is thrilled to join the MACT board and looks forward to sharing her unique perspective—always with music at the heart of  her mission.
